WW Trucking has been in the oil field services industry for seven years. However, management has been involved in the oil and gas industry for forty years.

WW Trucking’s current fleet is running at full capacity, 24 hours a day. The company started out with 2 water transport trucks in 1999 and has grown to a fleet of 17 in 2005. The market is strong and growing. Each new truck or piece of equipment added to existing operations quickly translates into increased revenue.

Competition in the San Juan Basin is growing but is slanted toward existing companies. Since 2002 the company has boosted revenue by about a half million dollars a year and expects to exceed $3 million in revenue in 2006.

WW Oil & Gas Inc. was formed as a subsidiary in 2005 in order to take advantage of management experience that has over ten years of drilling and completion experience specific to the San Juan Basin area. Management is confident it has the expertise in locating the best possible oil and gas projects for success in the area because of that experience.
