The focus of this strategy is to identify the best possible well sites based on certain criteria and enter into agreements, whereby the trucking side is aggregated with the exploration and drilling operation.

WW Trucking plans to open a Southern Colorado office with the expansion of 5 trucks. This area has been identified as an economically feasible demand for WW Trucking’s services. It is estimated to increase revenues by 15% once operational.

WW Energy plans to seek NASDAQ Bulletin Board Status in 2006. The company may need additional financing to acquire its oil and gas properties.
